• Admission shall be permitted only to professionals. This invitation applies to two persons and cannot be transfer to a third party.
• All details you will provide will be kept confidential and will be processed by our company according to the existing legislation. They will be used for communication between yourself and FORUM SA, as well as for promotional and economic purposes of the trade show.
• By submitting your details in order to receive the invitation to the trade show, you acknowledge and agree to the fact that during your visit you may be photographed, videotaped and/or recorded by FORUM SA and its employees.

• By submitting your details, it is presumed that you agree to the use of said images, photos and/or recordings in any way by FORUM SA and its employees, waivering all claims from the use of all the above-mentioned material, which may include, but is not limited to the publication, broadcast or any other use for the promotion of the trade show.
• Infants, babies in prams, children under the age of 12 and pets are strictly forbidden to enter.
